The 61st International Peace Garden Mass Sunday Aug. 16 at noon at the Burdick Center building at the International Peace Garden located north of Dunseith on the U.S./ Canadian border. A rosary, said in five languages, begins at 11:30 a.m. Catered lunch served after Mass for $20. This is the only place in the world where two countries meet and participate in the Holy Mass to pray for world peace. Two forms of ID (passport, birth certificate or driver’s license) required to re-enter the United States. Park admission must also be purchased. Event sponsored by the Fourth Degree Knights of Columbus of Canada and the United States.
