Mail Setup on phone or tablet:

The Microsoft Outlook app (free in the Google Play store and Apple App store) is recommended.
Go to “Add account” and enter your full email address. This should take you to the Microsoft sign in page.

Mail Setup on a computer:

If you have a Microsoft 365 subscription or a licensed copy of Microsoft Outlook installed on your computer, you may also use the Outlook desktop application. Open Outlook, enter your Diocese email address and password, and the account should configure automatically.   The recommended way of checking email is through webmail: outlook.office.com.
