SEARCH for Christian Maturity is a peer-to-peer ministry, allowing youth (ages 16 and 17) along with young adults (ages 18 and older) to minister to youth and young adults. SEARCH is a way to help you on your journey to discover God, yourself, and a Christian community. This is a time to experience a loving, supportive community of young people who want to learn and experience a closer relationship with God and with others.
Bishop Folda and Fr. Kyle Metzger, the director of vocations, invite women ages 16-30 who are open to religious life to join them for an evening of prayer, dinner, and fellowship. They will be joined by consecrated religious women sharing their own vocation stories of discernment. It is typical for women to be accompanied by a consecrated religious, a friend, or their pastor.
Have you, or someone you know, suffered from the physical, emotional, or spiritual effects of a past abortion? Rachel’s Vineyard offers a safe, non-judgmental and confidential weekend retreat for anyone – including women, men, couples, grandparents or siblings - who struggle with the feelings of loss or guilt that can accompany an abortion experience.
The weekend begins on Friday evening and concludes on Sunday afternoon. Two Rachel's Vineyard Retreats are scheduled for the Diocese of Fargo: April 17-19, 2026 and November 6-8, 2026.
