PT Formation Assistant for the Office of Youth Discipleship - Posted 09/25/2025

The Diocese of Fargo is hiring a  PT Formation Assistant to assist with the operations of Youth Discipleship. This position will work closely with the Director to provide retreats and youth events, support ongoing training opportunities for church workers working with youth, recruit and train Cor Christi Missionary Teams, and assist with diocesan young adult functions. 15-20 hours per week; work hours will depend on events.  Experience working with parish youth and strong communications skills a plus. FT Communications Assistant/Assistant Editor - Posted 09/16/2025

The Diocese of Fargo is seeking a full-time Communications Assistant/Assistant Editor to provide professional support for the diocesan magazine and other communications. This person writes, edits, proofs, and designs layout for New Earth as well as managing advertising, website, and social media. Responsibilities include afternoon receptionist three afternoons a week. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at multitasking in a professional environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe products including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator preferred. FT Director of Marriage and Family - Posted 09/04/2025

Sts. Anne and Joachim Catholic Church in Fargo, ND is seeking a full-time Director of Marriage and Family to lead our parish’s relationship ministry. This role oversees the Relationship Ministry Task Force, recruiting, training, and inspiring volunteers to foster strong, Christ-centered marriages in our community. Key responsibilities include planning and coordinating large-scale outreach events, developing ongoing engagement opportunities, supporting couples in deeper formation, and tracking ministry outcomes. The Director works closely with parish staff and volunteers to maximize program effectiveness and ensure alignment with parish mission. The ideal candidate has strong leadership and organizational skills, experience coordinating volunteers, and a passion for strengthening marriages through faith. Prior ministry or program leadership experience is preferred. This is an on-site position (Monday–Friday with flexibility for evening events). Sts. Anne and Joachim Catholic Church in Fargo, ND is seeking a full-time Property Manager to oversee the care and maintenance of our parish facilities and grounds. This role ensures our property is safe, clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, reflecting responsible stewardship of God’s gifts. Key responsibilities include custodial care, facility setup and teardown for parish events, routine and preventive maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems, and coordination with contractors and vendors. The Property Manager also engages parish volunteers to assist with facility needs, fostering shared responsibility for our buildings. The ideal candidate is organized, skilled in facilities maintenance, and able to balance hands-on work with coordination of outside services and volunteers. Experience in custodial or maintenance work, knowledge of building systems, and strong communication skills are required. This is an on-site position (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with evenings or weekends as needed). Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.
